Patient Credit Card Processing:
Simply choose your patient’s daily protocol and select either Send to Patient or Purchase Order. If selecting Send to Patient, your patient may review the order and input their credit card and address information before purchasing. If selecting Purchase Order, select a credit card on file to process the order. Your patient will receive their packs every 28 days right to their door.
Provider Credit Card Processing:
Once the subscription order is processed and shipped, your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product. A statement with the total amount charged to your card will be sent with your order.
Cancellation or Hold:
Subscription order cancellations are processed immediately; however, any processed orders cannot be canceled or changed. View the next order processing date in the provider Dashboard under Manage Orders.
OrthoPacks are individualized products based on each patient's unique needs. Due to this personalization, Ortho Molecular Products will not accept returns for these items. If you receive an item that is damaged, please follow the directions below:
If a damaged package is received, please save the original box and all of the contents. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged product must be made within seven days of receipt of product(s).
